The Town of Ft. Myers Beach had experienced quite a year recovering from Hurricane Ian, but that has not stopped this town to build back, fast, and better than ever. Publix is open! Diamondhead is fully open! Pink Shell is fully open! Margaritaville opens December 2023! The Whale and The Cottage will rebuild. Beach chairs and sports are all open. The progress has been contagious for everyone on the island. Do not let Ian stop you from coming back or if you are making your first trip to the island. The beach vibe and fun are still alive!
The home is located on a quiet street which is less than a five-minute walk to the beach, Times Square, shops, restaurants, Jet Ski rentals, water sport rentals, and fun in the sun!

-We take much pride in making sure our beach house is exceptionally clean. Our cleaning service is top rated in the Fort Myers area. During your stay, our cleaning service will only provide you with a stock up of toiletry items such as: one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel, hand soaps for all bathrooms and dish soap for the sink. The rest you will have to purchase.
-Boat and kayak rentals all nearby (between .5-2 miles).
-Water activities are available on the beach or at local marinas.
-Convenience store located on the next street over. Recommended grocery store, Publix, is located on the island about 2 miles down.
- We are less than a 5-minute walk to the most popular spot on the island, known as 'Time Square.' Where you can find live entertainment (music, entertainment gigs, balloon lady), a wide selection of restaurants and shopping.
-500 ft walk to the beach! Makes trips back to the house easy.

The house is great for smaller groups as well, so do not let the 5 bedrooms discourage you if you have a smaller group just using one or a few of the bedrooms. The location is well worth the luxury of convenience!
Walk or bike to your destination, relax, fish off the dock, take a nap, have a drink, take a dip in the pool, walk on the powdery white beach, grill out, go shopping, or walk to one of many restaurants and bars.

There are dolphins everywhere and plenty of beautiful sunsets!
